As the Madleen was reportedly intercepted and seized by Israeli forces in int'l waters, the UK gov must urgently seek full clarification and secure the immediate release of the vessel & its crew.

The Madleen must be allowed to continue its lawful humanitarian mission to Gaza.

1AM UK time. Israeli speedboat reached Madleen. "At the time the boat was intercepted no one is wounded" the captain asked me to record. I heard the soldiers speaking while the captain was on the phone with me. I lost connection with the captain as he was telling me that "another boat is approaching".

@minirmorgan @CamdenCouncil @limebike @NFBUK As a wheelchair user that has to transfer from car seat - to wheelchair . I require room for the wheelchair to be right up next to the car. Impossible in ordinary sized (but marked disabled) spaces. The hatches are ESSENTIAL for true accessibility. It’s hatch space or go home?!

@minirmorgan @CamdenCouncil @limebike @NFBUK 1/2 This and electric charging bays. So many places I go disabled spaces have been moved or changed to create electric spaces. Sometimes the disabled bays once moved then don’t even have hatches ! Why are they making disabled spaces (especially in car parks) without hatches?

@PandaaaButt @Shrink_at_Large Plus I really don’t want to be a ‘dependent’ like a child would be. Unable to support myself because the system lumps the financial strain immediately on my partner if we lived together/married?! It makes it financially unviable.Being disabled is expensive enough-WITH benefits

@gw_emily @stomababe Every time! Prescription team also love to put limits on what can be ordered and when.. which is ludicrous given they have no idea the whats and why it’s needed or how frequently. Constant battles.😣

@Christine_cja06 @stomababe Indeed so many loopholes😕As another said they’d be trained to help a diabetic child or similar. I feel that stoma training would be worthwhile and easier tbh than diabetic training. Probably less liability too. So they should do it for the kid to have access to nursery.

@Elune_Shatterst @adamfare1996 I have an ileostomy, I do find as a often bed bound person.. that if I’m having a lot of stomach acid particularly without eating food, it eats away at my barrier ring quicker and will need changing sooner. This is worsened laying down as it causes output to collect at top of bag

@NimatGray @adamfare1996 It also depends on the person but some people do full bag changes everyday. This can vary , some people’s routines are able to be quite simple, but some are complicated and take longer.

@Melooley @adamfare1996 Can I suggest you ensure there is a suitable shelf / surface for us to place our stoma supplies on for when changing our bags too.
