Voice first AI for golf course superintendents. Log sprays, track greens, call frost delays & build the budget, all by talking. Built by a working super.
From the cart: "Clippings on 2 were 6.2 ounces, and 7 stimped 11.2."
Two entries logged. One sentence.
Meant 6.8? Tap Edit right under her answer. Wrong green? Undo.
Records you can trust are records that are easy to fix.

Not everyone on the crew wants a dashboard.
So they don't get one. They get four big buttons:

Log something
Ask a question
In English or Spanish. And you pick what each person can see.
The superintendent keeps the full dashboard.
The worst part of new turf software: typing in your whole chem room.
So don't. Take a picture of the jug.
Ruthie reads the product, size and EPA number, then asks how many you got and what you paid. Done.
That EPA number fills your pesticide records from then on.
I'm a golf course superintendent. I got tired of spreadsheets, so I built two AI assistants.
Ruthie logs sprays, GDD and disease risk by voice. Billie runs the budget.

- Frost call
- Best spray window
- When greens hit stress
- Where your PGR cycle is
- Who's out

I’m curious how superintendents are (or aren’t) using AI to improve their workflow. I’m not sure I’ve ever had zero emails in my inbox but that’s where I am thanks to AI. Daily updates of my email and calendar. Automation of projects. It’s pretty unreal.
How are you using it?
