Yep, same thing happened with 18:09. According to app it is moving on its journey but never advertised or announced. Staff don’t have a clue what’s happening. This week is supposed to be customer service week. Telling customers to check boards. But you are not advertising them.

My son went for 17:39 instead but it said delayed when he got there. Nothing advertised about departure but the app shows it left and shows it moving. Is the same thing going to happen for 18:09. Why aren’t trains being advertised? My son has vision issues

@sainsburys why does the site say the beef is on special offer and then when I get my click and collect shopping home I see I have been charged the full price per kg £9.00) instead of £6 a kg? This is false advertising.

@sainsburys these are the grapes I click and collected this afternoon. They are really poor and squishy despite there being almost a week until exp date.

@sainsburys really unhappy about quality of grapes I received today. They are in date but most are squishy even on the vine. Really poor.
