@marclou @eightsleep I've been looking closely at my RHR too while sleeping, and in addition to low temperature (but I do love a very warm duvet!) it really helps to have workout in the morning, absolutely zero alcohol (easy) and no coffee (not that easy). Then it jumps nicely to my personal records.

Yeah, that's infuriating and very UK-ish at the same time, but it has explanation: back in the day there were law dictating norms how big bedroom must be, so specifying numbers of bedrooms gave you rough idea about the size of the flat or house. At some point I even considered creating a RightMove competitor where main point was to provide such information 🤣

@marclou But that should be a trivial math to implement with AI? Take the number of hours that it took to consume the allowance and you have statistical usage per hour, you can extrapolate from now on?
