Am I off base here? I did a little more research and found a Real IS is required to board airlines both domestic and international and also to enter a federal building. Seems the simple answer is to simply make it that the voter shows a real id to vote.

@shelleywynter1 you are wrong in your criticism of L.Graham’s replacement. Read the 17th amendment in total. It takes time and $$ to put together a statewide special election. Scott’s special election is only one congressional district and not as costly.
