We are deeply saddened by reports that a young man identified as Vincent Osiemo, popularly known as Mapinduzi, from Gionseri in Bobasi Constituency lost his life following the violent attacks unleashed on Linda Mwananchi leaders and supporters in Keumbu, Kisii.
Vincent was a supporter of Linda Mwananchi leader and Bobasi parliamentary aspirant Michira Nyangweso alias Omochokoro. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and fellow supporters during this difficult time.
Even more disturbing realities is the evidence of the police working hand in hand with hired goons to attack citizens exercising their constitutional and democratic right to assemble, associate, and participate in political activities in conjunction with a whole siting MP who is an alleged wash wash money launderer!!
In any democracy, citizens have the right to hold political rallies, express their views, and oppose the government without fear of intimidation, violence, injury, or death. The use of force, goons, and state machinery against political opponents is a direct assault on the freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution.
The blood of innocent citizens cannot become the price of political participation.
We demand a thorough, independent, and transparent investigation into the events at Keumbu and accountability for all those involved, regardless of their position or affiliation.
To the family of Vincent Osiemo Mapinduzi, we stand with you. To our supporters, we urge you to remain peaceful, vigilant, and resolute. We will not be intimidated. We will not be silenced. And we will continue to stand for justice, democracy, and the rights of all Kenyans.

How come watu wa Wantam wakienda kwa streets they mostly just carry flag na whistle but whenever Tutam people gather, they must carry crude weapons. Why do they feel like they have to kill to get what they want? Are they afraid they can’t win kwa Ballot?
