@PuneCityTraffic request youto take action against the wrong e-challan raised, E-challan no. HSPCC19002457830 was raised against car no. MH12MW7401, on checking the evidence photographs I found some other cars photos with fake number plate. PFA RC and complaint evidence.
@PuneCityTraffic@PuneCityPolice my car is Maruti Celario and picture showed as evidence is Maruti Ertiga. Further I have never been to place mentioned in the evidence photo. This seems to be fake number plate, please let me know what actions need to be taken further.
@AmazonHelp This is an update pursuant to trailing mails. The lost packet which was reported by me which was supposed to be delivered on 22nd of October is being delivered yesterday evening by the delivery executive. Thanks for your prompt response.
@amazonIN received these messages today and was expecting delivery of package by 9. At 9.46pm received message that order has been delivered but nothing was delivered actually.I was told that the delivery person must have done it by mistake. Kindly resolve this asap@AmazonHelp
@AmazonHelp Yes I've taken this issue with customer care service and my complaint was transferred to investigation team but my package was due for delivery on 22nd and I'm being asked to wait till 31st October. Let me know if you can speed the process and escalate this.
