Business Plan for the IOT rollout (market analysis, costs, manufacturing + scaling strategy, roadmap for B2C/B2B) was filed with RAK ICC on November 17th 2025 and awaits approval. Legal case now moving to court. Game enters final stage for airdrop launch. Given rough market conditions in 2025, we’re targeting Q1 2026 as the smartest window.

SLM – Status Update & Path Forward (as of 31 July 2025)

Over the past seven months, the Solareum core team was sidelined after onboarding C-suite executives who took control of strategic decisions. Unauthorized bachkchanneling by a subset of C-suite members further excluded the original team. The White Paper, which was promised in late 2024 and already paid for, was repeatedly delayed despite fulfilling all demands by the responsible party. Legal and operational issues also emerged, including the company falling out of good standing.

An audit revealed unclear transactions. Although these were initially not properly explained, Corey later clarified they were part of an agreed compensation. Importantly, Corey repaid everything, countering any allegations of misconduct. Despite this, the lack of transparency led to trust issues and staff departures.

The previous CEO stepped down, and Xun Chen @Sunshine81628 was officially appointed as the new CEO. A lawyer has now been hired to assist with legal and structural clarity. Alternative documents are being prepared to ensure progress regardless of the White Paper situation.

Current Status:
• Marketing: Several strong CMO candidates are under review; Aqua Marketing partnership ongoing.
• Website & NFT Marketplace: Both under improvement and will relaunch soon.
• Development: Continues at full speed, with renewed leadership involvement.
• CMOON Airdrop: Will be honored as contractually agreed.

Q&A Summary:
1. Current Team: LoyalCore members, including the new CEO and @cryptonite_0xC, are active.
2. Fundraising: Will resume post-restructuring.
3. Patents: Must be refiled—no link to previous individuals.
4. Sales Activity: Will resume soon.
5. Commercial Plans: Existing plans will be executed and expanded.
6. Tokenomics: Awaiting final White Paper status; may be redone if needed.

Next Steps:
