I almost didn’t go back to school because it was going to take too long and I was scared. I said fuck it 7 months ago & now I have 16 more months to go until I’m a officially a Nurse! Time moves no matter what..might as well achieve your goals!

This month has taught me A LOT and I truly feel like it has changed me as a person. I’m going into 2023 with a very different mindset and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come.

Nothing beats laying in my sons bed, talking, laughing, telling stories and arguing about who loves who the most before bedtime. I sometimes feel so robbed of our time because of nursing school, but I know I do my best and my career will set us up to have more time. 🥺

But damnn mom guilt is the freaking worst. And realizing how fast your baby is growing is even worse. I just want time to slow dooown.

10/10 do not recommend getting pregnant during nursing school. Especially when your due date is two weeks before you graduate. Not fun. I do not advise!!! 😭😭

I haven’t noticed just how much I’ve been living in fight or flight mode lately so having a “break” from school is making me incredibly anxious to the point I rather just keep studying. 🙃🙃
