Holiday Fever.

We arrived in Victoria Falls yesterday. Smooth and professional flight from @fastjet. Surprisingly Victoria Falls Airport was full of fastjet flights from Bulawayo, Harare and Johannesburg.

We witnessed in HORROR a truck registered AGJ1335 driving carelessly carrying 40ft (12m) with half of the container protruding dangerously.

Upcoming major Interchange at Robert Mugabe and Chiremba Road junction. This is real infrastructure development aimed at decongesting one of the city’s busiest routes.

Construction of support beams for road that take massive weight require substantial time.

Once these beams as are complete their decks will be installed.

This does not take 5 months like a house. You are looking at 18-36 months.

Progress is defined by small little steps.

Today workmen from @RuwaBoard were seen actively filling the heavily damaged San Souci Road with clay soil. At the same time Great Dyke staff was patching their road with quarry gravel and tar.
