Vicky and Er. Subodh Chauhan. The sensitive gesture of Secretary, Road/ Bldg shows his inclination towards resolving issues of Engineers. Thanks once again. JESA hopes Training and Service Regularisation of these freshers will be taken up by the concerned departments like RCD/WRD/BCD/RWD/DWSD of etc shortly.

Newly appointed Assistant Engineer of DWSD has got this opportunity, JESA is thankful to Secretary and Honble Minister Sh. Mithilesh Kumar Thakur.

As soon as, it is brought under his notice, he responded immediately and ordered concerned officers to resolve the issue in a time frame manner. It is also brought in knowledge of JESA that Secretary, RWD has also initiated necessary step to resolve the issue.

4 Assistant Engineers has got their appointment letter from @HemantSorenJMM on 14Nov 2022 at Morhabadi Maidan. Since then they are entrapped in RED TAPISM of Road Construction Department, Rural Works Department and Building Construction Department. They are still unemployed even after getting Appointment Letter. It is almost 7 months. Jharkhand Engineering services Association demands from @JharkhandCMO to immediately post them in BCD/RWD.

@JharkhandCMO @HemantSorenJMM Jharkhand Engineering Services Association (JESA) is attracting attention of Honble CM of Jharkhand on regular Promotion of 36 Executive Engineers (Civil) of Water Resources Deptt. to the post of Superintendent Engineer. After Two & Half months of DPC recommendation Engineers are still expecting their promotion. Out of 36 EE, 3 EEs retired in the wait of promotional Notification. JESA hopes that Jharkhand most popular CM will feel the pain of WRD Engineers, who are shaping Jharkhand by their technical Skill and Expertise.

Jharkhand Engineering Services Association (JESA) is thankful to Honble @JharkhandCMO @HemantSorenJMM for releasing the notification of posting of 55 newly recruited AE in BCD and 6 AE in RCD. But inadvertently RCD again kept 4 AEs in waiting for posting. 2 in BCD and 2 in RWD. Waiting period of these 4 newly recruited AEs are yet to over. They are waiting since 15 November 2022. Notification Serial number 250,251,252 &253 will remain in waiting till BCD/RWD issues their posting notifications.
