Pay attention to how strategic this is. Nicole knew it was going to generate tremendous buzz. It's going to definitely stop the DNC from going after his ballot access. It's going to generate conversation about him being able to debate. Fox News might even ask RFK Jr. to join Trump on Hannity's Town Hall where Bobby would rise up over Trump.

All this actually helps him stay in the race and also gives him a last resort safety net at becoming the possible Attorney General in the Trump administration where he can still do damage. He has to play 4D chess with these people.
