This morning, we visited Gosling Amsterdam Coffee Roasters in Holland, where we were warmly received by founder Bonnie Van Poortvliet.

Bonnie's company:

Imports, roasts, and distributes coffee
Supports farmers in Rubirizi and Busongora with seedlings and best practices
Buys coffee directly from these farmers
Trains coffee baristas in Rwenzori, promoting domestic consumption

Remarkably, Bonnie established her multimillion-euro factory with just €300,000, including a €150,000 roaster from Loring USA.
