UPDATE: Dafroza Mukarumongi Gauthier, co-founder of the Collectif des Parties Civiles pour le Rwanda (CPCR), has passed away. The organisation has worked to bring to justice people suspected of involvement in the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi who fled to France.

In 2017, President #Kagame awarded Dafroza and her husband, Alain Gauthier, the Igihango National Order of Outstanding Friendship for their contribution to #Rwanda.

There is no factual co-relation between longer clothes for women & morals of a society. Evidence suggests to the contrary that the longer the clothes the harder the oppression against women. Dress codes are best adressed through private/ self-regulation (e.g. right of admission)
