He makes an interesting argument that Flock cameras violate the 2nd Amendment because they track people going to gun stores, gun ranges, and so they enable the Federal government (we know they have access to Flock data) to make a database of gun owners.
As we know, if the government is ever going to attempt a gun grab, they are going to need a gun owners database.
So, does the 2nd Amendment prohibit the government from making a database of gun owners?
I am not a Constitutional scholar, but I found there are laws that restrict building such a database, and that the Supreme Court has never reviewed whether such a database violates the Constitution.
On whether it is constitutional, some argue that even the Supreme Court is not the final decider of what is or is not Constitutional, since the government's power comes from the people.
Popular constitutionalism holds that the people, through elections, juries, protest, and ordinary politics, also interpret the Constitution, and that political means can contest and eventually overturn Court decisions.
So keep that in mind, too.
Flock Safety sent me a cease-and-desist letter threatening litigation over the cybersecurity research I published on https://t.co/QsaSFsUOBN. A journalist has since shared the email Flock sent its customers, which calls me a malicious actor, says the company has notified law enforcement, and pledges to take my research offline. That email confirmed my thesis. Flock admits that when it closed the issue in December, it found no indication of unauthorized access to its data, and by its own account it only learned of what it now alleges after I published. My thesis is that a company holding the movements of nearly every American, yet unable to detect its own data leaving, is a national security threat, because a foreign adversary will never publish a paper to tip them off. I'm not backing down, so read the documents for yourself and stand with me at https://t.co/aj7KhEVGyt
This guy is the CEO of Flock
He takes pictures of you and hands them over to the cops
But, he doesn’t want you to know what he looks like

Woman who lives only 1.6 miles from the META Data Center in Wisconsin speaks out
She says their water system has been completely destroyed
She says there is discharge that turns the entire river white like milk. She paid for testing and found extremely high heavy metal levels
“I live on a horse farm and I am an educator. I, for almost four 50 years, a natural creek has flowed through my property. It's 20 feet wide, up to four feet deep. It has persisted through drought, flood, seasonal change. It's part of a connected system. Groundwater, tributaries, watersheds, aquifers ultimately flowing into Beaver Dam Lake. Until construction began upstream on the data center, its behavior was stable and predictable
After construction started, all of that changed. Here in Beaver Dam, the creek began to stop flowing entirely without rainfall. It would abruptly return off in cloudy and opaque like milk, with enough force to cause drastic erosion and damage — Water testing on my property shows elevated strontium, a very dangerous metal, and other indicators consistent with deep groundwater influence”
WOAH 🚨 JUST DAYS before Democrat Rep Ayanna Pressley was sworn into Congress, her husband quit a $92,000 a year job TO START A CONSULTING FIRM
Net worth with assets skyrocketed to $8 million
Every time you see a politician with a ‘consulting firm’ its taxpayer money laundering
A massive trucking scandal is (again) unfolding in Illinois and you can be sure the Chicago/IL media will go out of its way to ignore it.
Last night, 60 Minutes exposed just a few parts of a serious national public safety threat posed by "chameleon carriers," often owned/operated by foreigners.
The segment focused on Super Ego, owned by Serbs but headquartered in Elmhurst--a western suburb not far from O'Hare Airport in an area where dozens of other trucking companies are located.
Super Ego is under federal investigation (by DOT, at least for now) and being sued "fraudulent, unsafe, deceptive, and unlawful trucking practices."
Super Ego is tied to numerous crashes including one in Florida where two girls were seriously injured after a Super Ego driver crashed into a stopped school bus.
At the same time...
🔥@Dom_Lucre, you have been selected to be exposed.
Imagine stealing content, adding your own watermark, posting it & getting paid lots of money to do so…
Until yesterday, that was the life of Dom Lucre.
Born Dominick Andrew McGee, he chose the nom de plume of Lucre literally because it means “money gained in a dishonest way.”
Such is Dom Lucre.
Over the years, he had gotten away with the theft so much that he even began stealing photos from the official White House X page & putting his own watermark on it (see below).
For years it was easy clicks & easy money, off other people’s effort. Now the faucet shuts off & suddenly it’s “censorship”?
No, it’s accountability.
You can’t build a brand on recycled content, pass it off as your own, & then act shocked when the platform stops paying you for it.
That’s not being silenced. That’s the business model collapsing.
If anything, the only surprising part is how long it lasted.
@SubMessX @TheRealHambugrr @TraderGirlQ We’re still doing this. People need to find better things to do. How many years or decades have we been doing this now?
