My car was hit by a @tescobankhelp driver nearly 2 weeks ago. Small speed incident just a crack on the bumper and scratch. Apparently they are yet to still authorise the repair costs. This is becoming a joke. I just want my car back, which I’d owned for 3 days prior to this bump
