@am_yers amendment to my statement, 89A is now closed between Flagstaff and Sedona due to the pocket fire.

@am_yers If you’re in Northern Arizona and plan on heading to Sedona be aware there is a new fire in the area, I advise against using 89A between Flagstaff and Sedona and would use I-17 instead. Enjoy Arizona!

I don’t post pictures including my right arm as often (still a bit self conscious about it) but I’ve been doing work to see if I can get a little more straightening in my right arm, and today it looks a little less t rex-ish so I’m happy about it Have a great day!

I tried Pilates for the first time yesterday after a friend recommended it as another tool in the toolbox to help me manage cp as I age. It definitely was different than anything I’ve done before and I’m feeling it this morning more than I expected.
