@johnrees893 @CardPurchaser I’ve reached out twice and no response. It was an eBay break so not sure the protocol for this. AI says do item not as described and ask for 30%-35% refund and show pics. I’m not blaming breaker but if I pulled myself I would go to Topps for some type of resolution.

@CardPurchaser what’s the thoughts on getting a damaged card in a break? It was a top rookie auto 1st in flight /99 from Topps cosmic chrome NFL. I want to keep it for pc also but clearly decreases grade and value with the damage. AI thinks I should ask for a partial refund?

@GrassiCards @CardPurchaser I wanna grade it eventually and I’m kind of a PSA 10 snob for my PC if I can afford it and if I ever decide to trade for a bigger PC Card or sell down the road, it really affects value obviously.

@KuligsCardboard @RyanLCards @eBay Yea, I’m no where near that in sales. I maybe sell 5-10 cards/week. Ebay says it reviews my seller rating every month on the 20th. I haven’t been putting bigger $ cards up due to the extra 6% they are taking. I was a top rated seller before this. It’s very frustrating

@KuligsCardboard @RyanLCards @eBay And all I got knocked for was selling a couple cards I forgot to take down I no longer had and 2 claims they said I didn’t interact with but I refunded both. And still 100% feedback. I’ve prolly lost $3-400 in those extra 6% fees since it started.

@KuligsCardboard @RyanLCards @eBay And it kinda does matter depending on price of sale. Sold a $600 card before knowing that extra below seller fee and that took an extra $50 in profit out of my pocket. As a small seller that’s a big deal.
