@NicholasAyers Water weight. Never expect changes the 1st week. I always say 30 days min. when applying a new regimen to really see how your body reacts. Guarantee you start seeing some lbs shed next week though. You trying to roll keto or just go low carb? Good on you though, bro! Keep at it!
