@AlZeidenfeld In the 90s living in the same area, we had a roller hockey rink, free to all. Those same fields were grass back then, open to anyone. The Tennis courts were still locked - smug tennis people haha! But to the larger pt, kids cant play. They have to join "elite" clubs to use fields

@LaceUpSoccer To be clear whatever pipeline anyone thought existed, didn’t. But also nothing has changed along the lines of Colorado player pathway. The rapids mls academy is still fully in charge of their own player recruitment with fully funded MLSnxt.

@LaceUpSoccer In the end rapids pro club didn’t renew the naming lease. The youth club went back to storm. Last point rapids youth is the best club in CO in terms of the product they offer and value for the price. It’s not close. But also they are 3x bigger and have the money the others don’t

@IrrefutableV @johannesmkx The key difference is empire vs nation state. To beat an empire all you had to do is kill their king. When that happened the battles were over. Nation state killing their ruler/king doesn’t do anything. You have to complete dismantle their military installations.
