I’ve been building a small experiment in dermatology/product:

A skin progress tracker.

Not diagnosis.
Not treatment recommendations.
Not an AI doctor.

Just a simple loop:

upload baseline photos → log weekly check-ins → compare progress over time

The hypothesis is simple:

people don’t just need more skincare advice.

They need a better way to see what’s actually changing.

Most people switch products too fast, forget what they tried, and judge progress from memory.

So I’m testing whether a weekly photo + check-in timeline is useful enough for people to come back.
