Radford sold for $1.85B in 2021.
The price tag Goldman Sachs and Netflix are discussing is between $330M and $400M.
Hackman Capital Partners defaulted on $1.1B of debt and turned the property over to lenders led by Goldman after it was unable to reach a refinancing deal last year.

If a company has 24% ROIC, it should excite shareholders when the company is reinvesting heavily in the business.
But when $MSFT plans to spend over $100B this year, the market punishes them.
You don't want to bet against a company with this kind of capital allocation success.
