"Why do Christians condemn homosexuality while eating shellfish or wearing blended fabrics?" "Why do they make such a big deal out of LGBT+ issues if Jesus never spoke about it?" "Why did the Bible not contain the word 'homosexuality' until 1946?" More at:

To this day, I can't even lead a short devotional without those very words in my head, reminding me I am stewarding the Holy Word of God who is a consuming fire.
17 years ago I was ordained for Gospel ministry, with Rev. Mike Curry (@LightMinistries) preaching my ordination service. One thing that this father in the faith/mentor said to me in that sermon has always stuck with me:
"Don't get on the platform to lead worship or behind the pulpit to preach unless it is dripping with power. God's Word deserves to be treated with that level of respect and reverence."
'I admit that I deserve death and hell, what of it? For I know One who suffered and made satisfaction on my behalf. His name is Jesus Christ, Son of God, and where He is there I shall be also!'" - Martin Luther

My 7 year old: "Since tomorrow is May the 4th Be With You, do we still have to go to school?"
My wife: "Yes, buddy. Star Wars Day is not a nationally recognized holiday."

@CTmagazine How'd he die? Skimming this article you thought it important to emphasize "mega-church" re: the congregations he attended but leave off words like "murdered", "assassinated", etc? CT, you might wanna cover up, your bias is showing.
@thisisfoster @GraceMosaic Yeah... also even if it happened *live* they should've stopped and taken over service leadership at that point rather than applaud it.
