Running can be funny sometimes.

Sunday, I struggled to run sub-6:30 pace and after 3 miles I blew up and had to sit on the side of the road to collect myself.

Today, I had to reel it back to not run sub- 6 the whole way.

A month from now, that will be my warmup pace. Love it

@marshal Be cool to spend time learning some trades to pass down knowledge to your children. Basic woodworking, plumbing, electrical to the point you ‘could’ do any work/repairs yourself if you didn’t hire it out.
