@iycsts Now I'm curious if someone also has a setup with Medusa (Ovid’s version) and a blind priestess or something.
The deaf witch and siren setup kinda reminds me (loosely) of Jibaro from Love, Death, and Robots.
Premise sounds fun. In a grim fairy tale kinda way...
@Drifterp0sting Ah memories...
Played so often I got sick of playing Saryn, or idling while someone else played Saryn.
Spent ages solo Hydro capping with Volt, Amesha, & a Riven-ed Lanka I bought as a F2P with plats gained by selling Railjack gear, and...
IS THAT WISP? Musta missed a lot...
@jahirsheikh8 You even start to hate the lang less after seeing some of its Scheme and Smalltalk lineage bleed through as well:

@SandyofCthulhu It helps that at min., all you really for a 'spear' is basically a pointy tree branch. Stone/Metal optional.
Makes scaling logistics of it all easier.
Probably pointed out already here, but that & ease of training goes a long way over just the individual benefits I'd imagine.
@rubyfinallyrose @alexisgman Zero-G jump.
Tbh, messing around and trying to restrain the guy, when his allies could be right behind him would be weird.
She'd have to lock him in Aerial's hands, and he might still find a crack to fire through.
All of that requires more risks and more time than a reflex splat.
@StainAlthea @49ercollector It's a recurring thing.
I feel like I'm the only one among my G-Witch-watching homies that remembered the Tanuki was a killer.
Her antics were framed through that lens for me.
I thought it would amount to nothing, so I felt vindicated, with an inappropriate reaction for Ep. 12.
@mechagirlaya Also, worth mentioning, this show seemingly takes cues from Shakespeare's Tempest.
Prospera = The Wizard Prospero.
Aerial = The Wind Spirit Ariel.
Mio = Ferdinand.
Suletta = Miranda.
Prospero starts out driven by vengeance, but abandons it due to his love for his daughter.
@mechagirlaya IIRC, he did a Utena LN as well right?
This really feels like Sci-Fi Utena, except the 'knight' needs saving from the 'princess'.
Suletta = Anthy & Mio = Utena.
Sully saves Mio physically, Mio has to save her mentally, that sort of thing.
@pirate_kiiiing Thanks for just stating the advice plainly instead of beating around the bush.
I ended up going with Java earlier.
It appears in many good DSA books.
The large standard library is handy for competitions.
Many challenges like Google's Foobar don't offer options like C++ too.
@DaveWellsted@LifeLongThinker We're talking about different kinds of source code generation here, right?
Src code-gen in general seems to have issues if the code being generated is complicated.
The ideal use case seems to be using it for simple but frequently changing code that has enough LOC to be tedious.
