First job for the team cleaning Woodthorpe park. 2 hours litter picking and clearing waste left by park users. Please take your rubbish home with you surely it becomes lighter than when you brought it after the contents have been consumed. @sherwoodberrid1

More winter work being carried out on Woodthorpe park. The team have been using the chipper and using the clippings back on the park. Helping to reduce our carbon footprint by not transporting waste from the park. @SherwoodBerrid1

First job of the week clearing smashed bottles that have been smashed on the park. If the bottle banks are full please take back home with you until they are emptied. Team have cleared making the park safe for wildlife and park users again. @SherwoodBerrid1

The pathway between the junction of Mapperley Rise and Winchester street has had a clear up today clearing the pathway to ensure safe passage for pedestrians. The street sign even received a clean. @SherwoodBerrid1

Due to the amount of rain over the last 2 weeks pathways have become slippy under foot. We took advantage of some tree clippings that have been produced after some tree works on the park and have recycled them to make the paths safe for park users. @SherwoodBerrid1
