Athletes IN-SEASON don’t need to be going to workouts for their OUT OF SEASON sport.
You on basketball, you aren’t needed at soccer or football or baseball.
You at football, you aren’t needed at lax or wrestling.
Focus on your current sport and team.

I pray that the coaches that watched @108_Performance#BTG24 this year took a pause & paid attention to the panels. It isn’t about the “sets & reps”. It is about knowing the athlete & using the most powerful tools (actions/words) to build up these athletes. #edify build a house!
