If I see one more Instagram or TikTok video with the caption "amazing workouts to improve your 5km time" and in the notes it's just 10/12 x 400m and/or 5/6x1km I'm going to scream.
Probably on me for checking every time.
Last three weeks I've averaged over 70 miles. More elevation than I'm used to too whilst maintaining the speed work.
I'm bloody knackered, it better be worth it come race day π
