@scrappyminnow Energy efficiency margin protection - agree with this, need tight OpEx control re: forecast vs reality. All electric projects or projects that don't rely on gas/steam may be at high risk to electrical rate surges that aren't modeled correctly. Strong Asset Mgmt key.
