@Ken_Rosenthal Cora’s decision to remove Bello early is the only thing that gave them an opportunity to win game 2. Early was let down by terrible defense in game 3 and a non-existent offense. There’s no managerial scapegoating to come out of this series
@ChrisCotillo Cora didn’t overthink anything. Bello had nothing and was going to put them in an early hole (again). He had to go all in knowing his lineup is mediocre and they would have no advantage going into Gm3
@redsoxstats Obviously starters behind Crochet aren’t performing, but did we get conned by Bailey, Breslow, and their infamous pitching lab? I’m starting to think so
@tgoode999 Who told Raffy to throw away his glove? -Breslow
Who didn’t trade one of the four OFs (Duran, Masa, Rafaela, Abreu) to make room for Roman?
-Breslow
It’s okay to criticize the GM for not completing his offseason duties
@redsoxstats@ColeyMick Breslow is getting a pass because it’s easier to clown Cora for the results on the field. But this was organizational malpractice in the offseason to not solve for the outfield surplus w/ the #1 prospect ready to go
@redsoxstats Can’t wait until Breslow cooks up another Luis Garcia or Lucas Sims-esque deal. Man, my confidence drops by the day with Craig. He’s yet to build a roster that meshes well
Breslow totally botched this from the start and deserves the blame. Couldn’t handle it like a human being. Had to be a front office robot and soured the relationship with the team’s best player. The hate Raffy is getting from the fans is ignorant & misguided
Sources say no changes are expected in #NHLBruins front office. Both Don Sweeney and Cam Neely have been in lockstep, hard at work on the next iteration of the club.
@HHHardwood There’s zero offensive philosophy. Very little movement towards the basket. Everything is focused on handoffs on the perimeter and getting reynolds contested, off-balanced threes
