Leaky Black #1 fan. “Tessie is the Royal Rooters rally cry, Tessie is the tune they always sung”

For fun went through all 30 #NBA teams and made an All-Time 1st, 2nd & 3rd team for each team. It was pretty enjoyable. Will post them in comments one by one.

@pawel_kajak @Quesogato1 It fits very cleanly. Dell, Mugsy, LJ, Zo only played for the Charlotte Hornets.

Only 2 notable guys who technically played for both franchises are Jamal Mashburn & Baron Davis & just so happens each did enough in both spots to be a team legend to both Pelicans & Hornets

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@CLEMSONGRIT @RBNHoops If he can get in shape to play 25 minutes he’ll be really effective at that level

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@barnD1971 @RBNHoops Bad conditioning

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@RBNHoops Shocked to see him play real minutes.

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@AaronPKP He looks so much less stiff

Looks athletic again like he did at Auburn

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@gotbounce_ @ShamsCharania Feel how you want about it but the NBA has made it crystal clear.

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@gotbounce_ @ShamsCharania Yes Chris Paul played for the New Orleans Hornets which is a separate franchise from the Charlotte Hornets.

Chris Paul is a Pelicans legend.

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@gotbounce_ @ShamsCharania Everything in New Orleans is 1 franchise & everything in Charlotte is another (original Charlotte Hornets 1988-2002, Charlotte Bobcats 2004-2014 & Charlotte Hornets 2014-present)

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@gotbounce_ @ShamsCharania Not accurate. NBA considers them separate. What happened in Charlotte is the Hornets. What happened in New Orleans is the Pelicans.

Baron Davis & Jamal Mashburn are both Hornets & Pelicans legends

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@ShamsCharania Larry Johnson should be next very soon

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@UsherNBA @TotallyNoAlex The 2 of you need to get together and make Wikipedia pages for them. Shocked neither has one.

And the Brewers have 5 stud hitting prospects who finished 2026 in AA who are on their way to Milwaukee too-

#1 Jesus Made
#2 Luis Pena
#3 Josh Adamczewski
#5 Andrew Fischer
#6 Braylon Payne

(And Luke Adams who’s ready for MLB)

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@TheSwag_01 @Jumpshot8 Good point. Different attitude toward injuries.

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@tokertim @Jumpshot8 Low tops seems like such a dumb choice for basketball

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@Jumpshot8 So much more quick shifty movements in the half court today- I think that’s the culprit

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@DavAbr @greco_free Exactly right. Go be a religious fanatic. It doesn’t mix with regular society.

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@RealMetsFanClub What exactly were his “bad fundamentals” ?

Yapping

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@podoffame @bball_ref Averaged 18 pts & 8 assists from 1988-1995- 7 seasons.. good enough for long enough imo

Price’s Cleveland teams get erased from history because they never won it all but they were a really good team- Price/Daugherty/Nance/Hot Rod Williams/Gerald Wilkins

[RLS Hamilton @RyanLSack]

@AhSahm96 @BradeauxNBA Thought he was just an affiliate player, missed that on Oct 19 he was signed to a 2-way

I like Tshiebwe, he avg’d almost 9 rebounds in just 18 mins & 6.6 in 16.6 mins the last 2 NBA seasons.. good FT shooter.. what exactly is keeping him in the G? Bad perimeter defender ?
