@HDMOVIESOURCE I very nearly cried at the end when I first saw it in theaters at the age of 15. Movies hardly ever made me emotional back then, so that was huge! In the years since, I've become a big softie, and there are plenty of movies that at least make me tear up.

@TheConnorWeb Agreed! I think the biggest reason why people hate the ending of Toy Story 4 is that they're afraid of change/moving on and have trouble dealing with tough emotions.

TOY STORY 5 actor Tony Hale on Forky getting married in the new movie.

“This is another thing I love about Forky. He’s blunt. He keeps it real. He’s like, ‘Listen, I love her, but this is gonna be hard.’ And it’s just like, ‘Yeah, relationships are tough.’ It’s a lot of work, but it is pretty also. Like, he works fast. The guy comes into the world [in] Toy Story 4 and he’s already met somebody at the end of the movie. And then now he’s getting married. And I think the only other married people are Potato Heads. He’s definitely curious. He’s just like, ‘I found somebody. Now I have a lot questions.’”

@ToyStory_Shots The irony of Andrew Stanton being one of the main writers of Toy Story 4 - you know, the same Andrew Stanton who's been with the series since the beginning! 😭 I love how the argument of Toy Story 4 having terrible writers who don't understand Toy Story is objectively wrong!

@Cartoonhistory2 It's an utter shame this movie didn't get a proper theatrical release. The end credits even have an "Optimized for IMAX theaters" near the end - how I wish I could've seen it on an IMAX screen!

@NickChaps96 It was also nominated for Best Picture and Best Adapted Screenplay, which is HUGE for an animated movie! It's still the most recent animated Best Picture nominee, following Beauty and the Beast and Up.
