@fortenat8 I’m sorry that this happened to you, my friend. I always get scared playing these decks in online tournaments because so many things can happen to screw me over, and getting opponents that slow play is one of them. Keep your head up, and keep playing your heart out ☺️
@trf_0089@AbrandNewMac Yes I can prevent a KO, but it’s not hard to force you to burn your resources to keep up with the war of attrition, which the deck struggles with. That said, we each have different experiences with the matchup, so that’s all it is. A difference in opinion.
I’m absolutely over the moon with how I performed this weekend in Portland. 54th out of over 1700 players with Snorlax. Thanks to all of my opponents for the games! Round 3 vs Arceus Lightning, Round 11 vs Snorlax Pidgeot, Round 14 vs Psychic Arceus
@ryanltonge I was able to take one game against Tina, but a lot of it comes down to luck. Timing your Sydney and temple plays help a lot. Obv you want to misfortune sis aggressively and hope you hit their switch outs, but you wait until they build their hand up before you use Sydney
@ryanltonge As for the stadium count, I’m honestly not a huge fan of league hq. Sure it helps in late game situations, but temple just had more value overall and I didn’t have to waste a cyllene getting one back. I feel that it’s a preference thing so play it if you want to 😊
