@StanCollymore I have to miss games for my team during the course, i also cannot miss any sessions if I have family commitments or prior engagements. All clubs at grassroots get fed up of a constant battle with the FA, below par management of leagues, lack of funding….

@talkSPORT I coach 2 x grassroots football teams, there is nothing done for grassroots clubs this winter to get games on, both my teams have missed out on a combined 30+ games so far
