Registered Direct Offering vs. ATM vs. Pref?
Our CIO @RyanNavi explains the differences and why @FWDind chose to take advantage of an RDO to raise $25M from institutional investors.
Forward Industries holds approx. 8.16M solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112 and has added over 611K solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112 quarter to date.
Forward's previously announced $25M Registered Direct Offering was completed today.
“Forward is growing rapidly, and we are strengthening our financial position as we scale. We secured substantial institutional capital in a single transaction on terms we believe are favorable, without adding ongoing balance sheet obligations. This financing positions us to expand our SOL treasury and increase SOL per share..." - @RyanNavi, Forward CIO
Forward Industries ( $FWDI ) is closing a $25M registered direct offering with an institutional investor to acquire SOL.
We continue to scale our treasury while increasing SOL-per-share accretion for shareholders.

History just flipped.
@solana DEXs processed more weekly trading volume than the NYSE—for the first time ever.
A decentralized network, open 24/7 to anyone with an internet connection, just outpaced the world’s largest stock exchange.
The future of markets isn’t coming. It’s already trading.
#solana
BREAKING: The number of weekly spot DEX trades on Solana has officially surpassed the NYSE for the first time in history.
This metric includes the number of individual onchain token swaps executed on decentralized exchanges built on Solana.
In the week ending September 13th, Solana saw ~208 million spot DEX trades, compared to ~190 million on the NYSE.
Meanwhile, the gap between the Nasdaq and Solana narrowed to ~47 million trades, the smallest gap on record.
The growth has been largely catalyzed by Jupiter, the largest trading platform on Solana, which has processed over 80 million trades this month, up +38% month-over-month.
To put this into perspective, Solana has now seen +185% growth in weekly spot DEX trade volumes compared to the lows seen in July.
Crypto markets are on fire.

"Solana has the network effects already established... ETH is structurally nowhere close to SOL from a finality and cost basis."
Here's why, and when, @solana could flip Ethereum in TVL 👇

@RyanNavi, CIO of @FWDind drops his solana thesis with the $SOL chart pulled from @jtx_trade
"We bought over 750,000 units of SOL from March 31-August 3rd
...I think the up-down of @solana at this price is extremely attractive"
"I think we're going to get to ultrasound Solana."
$FWDI CIO @RyanNavi on why Forward voted against SGP-0003 while agreeing with where it was headed, and what a workable version looks like.
@solana is just getting started.
$FWDI CIO @RyanNavi on the macro read why rate and oil headwinds are noise against a structural debasement trend, and why Forward has bought over 750,000 SOL over the last four months.
Moving Solana Forward.
Translation: our gross margins are getting competed down to 0 by open source models and our capex burn rate is too high.
Let’s maintain our margins with regulatory capture, ban open source models, and slow down the capex arms race. All with a virtue signaling cherry on top.
Forward Industries urges shareholders of SkyAI to vote no at 2026 annual meeting.
We believe SkyAI shareholders deserve greater accountability from a board that has failed to deliver value.

BREAKING: The total number of tokenized asset holders surges above 3.5 million for the first time in history.

Meanwhile, the total Represented Asset Value of these tokenized assets is now up to $387 billion.
Adoption has accelerated as Robinhood and other large institutional players have entered the space.
Meanwhile, onchain demand on platforms like Jupiter continues to grow, as traders seek 24/7 markets, with 63% of volume now being traded outside of normal market hours.
The long-awaited tokenization push is happening in real-time.
SGP-0002 reduces staking rewards across the network. That includes ours.
$FWDI supported it anyway. High issuance was a bootstrapping tool, and Solana is past that stage.
Hear @RyanNavi, our CIO, speaking about the proposal.
FWDI voted against 003, not because it was the wrong idea, but because we felt it was the wrong implementation of the right idea.
Moving to a computational fee model is definitively where Solana needs to go, but the path to get to the right end state needs to be more gradual and methodical to maximize long term SOL network value.
SGP-0003 didn't pass. The problem it was solving hasn't gone away.
@RyanNavi, CIO of Forward Industries, on aligning network revenue with computational usage - methodically, with enough runway for developers to adapt.
Build on Solana.
