Enloe's Alexander Chapman-Evans headlines the list and now has six appearances on it, with four first-team selections. He was also the only athlete to make tihs year's team in three events.

HighSchoolOT's 2025-26 All-State teams are presented by Talk It Out NC and First Carolina Bank.
