turns out getting enough sleep, eating enough protein, and exercising actually DOES have some positive benefits! am i the only one who figured this out???

i'm not someone who has very vocally expressed any interest in traveling bc my job has always been something in the way of doing it
but if i am able to pull off a career change by next year with added flexibility, you better believe i will be planning every trip possible
my greatest fear has been realized.
i threw out all my old clothes because i gained weight during covid and they no longer fit.
so i replaced everything with clothes that were bigger.
now, i've been working out and lost the weight and the bigger clothes are too big.
what now
