Hi @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile my Galaxy 23 is in near perfect condition and suddenly after the latest Galaxy UI update I have a green line issue. I spoke to a samsung authorised service Centre and after a check up was told that this is not eligible for a screen replacement for free. Some random water damage problems cited. My phone has never even been near water so I know this is baseless. I will be forced to take this issue up with the @jagograhakjago consumer court as well as the NCH. I will not be paying for a screen replacement when this is clearly a software update issue that is reported by many users across India. If needed I can get signatures on a petition as well to challenge the same. Please look into the matter, or I'll be forced to take immediate action.

@unionsami I found this deck extremely situational and RNG driven. Most times I wouldn't get any of the cards I want till turn 4 or 5 and that affected the Pheonix Force play. Didn't work out for me.

After 2 years of using the phone and I randomly get a green line across my screen after software update.
Absolutely pathetic quality from Oneplus.
I'll never buy another device from such a cheap brand again and urge everyone to boycott them.

I would like to urge the community at large to never bother purchasing a @realmeIndia product.
The Realme Tab which released in 2021 has still yet to receive an Android 12 update 2.5 years after its release.
