This is a multi-issue request for the account "binge03".
1) Appeal the account moderation and ban--the cause for ban is inaccurate. The dispute was removed and the charge stands, Roblox got paid!
2) Investigate the exploit that allowed the charges to be made and somehow hacker purchased game passes in several games they created--how is this done and how is it using your platform to steal money from your customers?
3) Privacy Request-What personal data was accessed of mine or my son's to allow this to happen? I have locked my bank account and will not unlock until I am sure it is safe again.
Please assist me with these issues. Thank you.

It wasn't a chargeback though, the dispute was cancelled and the $ was received by Roblox. The unauthorized charges are secondary concern to getting the account back--I can't even investigate on my end because I can't log in to the account! I'm out $500 and my son spent years building his account, friends, games, worth much more than $500.
@BrodieMyrtaj@Roblox We've requested a human review about a hundred times, sent snail mail letters to corporate address, left voicemails on support line. Sent a request through Better Business Bureau. Not once have I received a human response.
@Roblox My son's premium 10-yr. account "binge03" was banned after it was hacked and $500 USD charged, appeal responses are all automated denials. Please fix this process, you're crushing these kids. Moderation is a critical, complex issue that can't be completely automated!! @DavidBaszucki

@laki123h Hello, my son saved his Robux for weeks and bought the “Stop Time” for Eat Sand Simulator for 1500 Robux but it doesn’t seem to do anything. Are you able to refund this please?
@DevCosmiqx My son binge03 is playing One Piece Badge Piggy RP and only has 7 admin commands Instead of 20 or whatever, is this because of your update? He’s 5 and I don’t play so idk what to tell him lol
