@McDonaldsUK for the 3rd time almost in a row my delivery’s missing items. Outdone yourself this time though with over half of it missing. How do I claim the service and delivery charge back please? Uber have sorted the missing items, your AI assistant keeps looping so is no help
Hi @BootsUK who do I send a faulty car seat back to please? I’ve contacted the manufacturer but they are saying it’s outside the 35days to return despite it being faulty, they email in Polish so think some info is getting lost in translation. Seat was bought 6 weeks ago online.
