@bchesky Airbnb should add a feature to allow hosts to create date specific inquiry only options. Say I’m a host who wants to keep instant book on but there is a specific day, week, or even a month during a calendar year that I would like to have inquiry only bookings allowed.

@bchesky It gives me the option to message a guest about a something going on in the area that doesn’t prevent someone from staying at the home but you want to warn them about it before booking. Not something significant enough to put in a listing description year round.
