@lShmuckll@Captain_Cheez@TRIGGERHAPPYV1 It’s because of a law from 1934 that makes rifles with a sub-16” barrel equivalent to an RPG. But a rifle is defined as “intended to be fired from the shoulder”. So you don’t put a stock on it and legally define it as pistol so it can be shorter than 16”
@BASEDWHEELZ@autisticarab There is no technical definition. Just 2 subjective definitions. A stock is defined as “intended to be fired from the shoulder” and a brace is “to aid in single-handed firing”
No measurements, no materials, nothing. Insane to me, since I’ve worked in other regulatory agencies
@thedrmikejones 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law

No, the people who passed this law should be under federal indictment

This shouldn’t even be a legality of legislation problem… There’s criminality and a law to charge them under
Flock cameras don’t just grab your license plate.
They log:
• Dents/stickers/damage/decals on car
• Likeness of driver (clothing & facial details)
• Direction, speed, duration of time on roads
• Accompanying passenger count
These cameras are Orwellian & unconstitutional.
