@British_Airways @British_Airways I will never fly your airline again, this has by far been the worst experience I have ever had, and I have flown with so low class airlines… to treat a business class customer that spent well over 15k on tickets like this, is completely unacceptable.

@British_Airways I have never had a flight delayed for over 3 hours & then cancelled completely 5 minutes prior to boarding. While the plane for the next flight that is set up to take off an hour and half later then hours sits at the terminal… where ours plane was supposed to.

@British_Airways @British_Airways I had to sprint back to baggage claim get our luggage & proceed to recheck it and then told it won’t arrive until upto 3 days later! All due to the incorrect information provided by your customer service representative. I then sprinted back through security
