TOMORROW is the final day that you can enrol anyone onto the furlough scheme.

Employees that have not completed 3 weeks of continuous furlough leave by 30th June will not be able to be furloughed at any time for this extended furlough period, which is due to end on 31st October.

Co-op, AIB and Starling have now been accredited for Bounce Back Loans.

It has also been confirmed that the funds can only be used to provide an economic benefit to the business and not for personal purposes, however they can be used for refinancing or capital investment.

Suggestions there could a cap on the funding available from the government for the Bounce Back Loans. If you’re holding off applying and seeing how things go, it could be worth getting your application in next week when the scheme goes live.
