While cancer patients are associated with lower Ab titres after #COVID19 vaccination, we show booster doses are highly effective in seroconverting those previously non-seroconverted. Further boosters may be crucial to increase overall seroconversion rates

Does the choice of PD-L1 IHC assay affect immunotherapy eligibility in patients with gastric cancer?

Our study found discordance between assays, with PD-L1 scores and positivity rates on the 28-8 assay being nearly twice of the 22C3 assay - suggesting a need for harmonisation.
