Does the choice of PD-L1 IHC assay affect immunotherapy eligibility in patients with gastric cancer?
Our study found discordance between assays, with PD-L1 scores and positivity rates on the 28-8 assay being nearly twice of the 22C3 assay - suggesting a need for harmonisation.
