@Pro__Trading They’ll learn to hate the idea real fast when they look at their mortgage statement after 5 years or god forbid need to sell the home in the first 10 years. A 50 year loan is the very definition of predatory lending.

If there is any drop in the market or even flat values, these people will be hopelessly upside down for the first 10-20 years. They will be stuck in the place and have no real option but foreclosure if they have to get out.
