@IC3D_Printers Printing a part for the Meetup Sweden community project using my favorite PETG! What a pity it’s not available where I live. Such a great print quality!
@alienslacker So far our solution has been to incentivize spool return with discounts on our recycled products. Be assured this problem is a priority to us but solutions need to make sense for everyone.
@alienslacker Its all about logistics. Shipping one piece spools is shipping mostly air, expensive air. Cardboard is not acceptable to a large portion of users. Local recycling is often not what we think it is. We believe Re-Use is the best solution.
(3/3) R-PETG is step 1 in the IC3D Circular Polymer System — a grand experiment aiming to reduce the amount of thermoplastic waste that enters the global waste stream. Learn how you can make an impact: https://t.co/3YckoZ8QN3

@stlDenise3D @geektoybox @3dAllison@IC3D_Printers Hello Denise, moisture can certainly increase the stringing with PETG. For our virgin PETG a little parts cooling can help but I wouldn’t go over ~15%. If its R-PETG crank it. Keep in touch and we will help you get PETG printing like it should.
