@ryanair sois unos hijos de puta. Y los de @BuzzAirOfficial más. Llevamos una hora ENCERRADOS en un vuelo Madrid -Cracovia que debería haber despegado a las 21:40, luego a las 22:10 y desde entonces no tenemos explicación.
Os tendrían que expropiar cada avión.

@Ryanair your checkin staff are disgraceful at Alicante airport tonight. Shouting at passengers queueing to checkin shouting 'if you miss your flight it's your own fault! ' worse I've ever seen . My friend has Australian passport so couldn't checkin on app so over 1 hour queue

Really outrageous, @Ryanair. 5 minutes before official closing of the gates, delay of 70 minutes is communicated. It got worse, we're now outside for more than half of an hour: no communication at all.

Do you know there are kids who have to go to the bathroom and are now trapped in this outside hallway, nowhere to go? Flight FR2926
