#IMSA - 24h Daytona pushed us hard and showed our potential ⏱️

The opening @IMSA race came with surprises – even Nürburgring-style fog. 🌫️👀 We led laps in GTD PRO & GTD, finishing P5 (#911) and P12 (#912). Eyes on Sebring, motivated and ready 🙌

Well, the cards didn’t fall our way this time.

Some major bad luck struck when our engine started overheating while battling inside the top 3. We had to make an unscheduled pit stop to clean dirt and rubber from the radiator so the engine could survive.

This set us back outside the top 10, and on top of that we then had to serve a drive through penalty for “blocking” another car that we were racing for position.

So not really sure what to say…

Unfortunately, this is how racing goes sometimes.

Under 3 hours to go in the @DAYTONA Rolex 24. We’ve fought our way back from an early penalty as well as the dense fog through the overnight hours to now be inside the top 3 battling for the win.

dense fog still hanging over the track , but we’ve already strategically moved our @1stPhorm Porsche 912 up to the GTD class lead 🏁. Time to stay focused and finish the job 💪🔥
