I have no insight into Koa's camp or his decision. Here's what I do know:

* It has been reported that Koa has not 100% decided to go to the draft
* Koa's draft stock right now likely has him in the 15-25 range, which is outside the lottery. The roadmap to being a top 5 pick in 2027 is very, very straight forward.
* Koa's financial situation is not one that necessitates him leaving as soon as he can. He also comes from a family of experienced professional athletes that understand development expectations better than anyone
* Koa has played with JJ Mandaquit for years on USA basketball and Koa once referred to him as the best point guard he's ever played with. Coincidentally, Mandaquit is the first transfer portal commitment Tommy landed, despite being expected to be a back-up
* Koa's nickname is 'Mr. Arizona' for a reason - this guy bleeds Arizona
* Very few PFs have been connected to Arizona in the portal
* Arizona has been very budget-disciplined, which would be necessary if you were to give Koa a new NIL deal

Do I have any insight on if he's coming back? No. But I am not closing that door just yet...
